Synopsis and Profiles of Moonshine K-Drama Cast
Moonshine is a television series with a unique tale which is sageuk drama. The drama, which has another title When Flowers Bloom I Think of the Moon, is set in the late Joseon period when the prohibition of drinking alcohol was strictly enforced.
Nam Young (Yoo Seung Ho) works as one of the Saheonbu officers which mission is to crack down on people who break the rules and still drink alcohol. Nam Young moved to Hanyang (Seoul’s earlier name) from his birthplace to pursue his dreams of becoming a great businessman.
Nam Yeong is a dashing young guy who lives by his values. But he was perplexed when he encountered Kang Ro Seo (Hyeri). Ro Seo is the noblewoman’s daughter. However, the household slipped into poverty and let her become the family’s breadwinner.
Ro Seo is an honest individual who is eager to put in the effort to get money. She was also eager to put in a lot of effort to pay off her obligations. She then accepted to work as an alcoholic beverage salesperson there.
Yoo Seung Ho
Yoo Seung Ho will play Nam Young. A handsome, talented young man who has principles. He was also interested in reading books.
Seung Ho is an actor born in 1993 who has played many dramas and films. He has been acting since the age of 9 as a child actor. Some of the dramas he has starred in are Memorist and My Strange Hero.
The role of Kang Ro Seo will be played by Hyeri. She was born into an aristocratic family but fell into poverty when she was 13 years old. The condition eventually push her to put in long hours to repay his brother’s debt and get medication for her mother.
Hyeri is an up-and-coming actress. The most well-known dramas she has starred in are My Roommate is A Gumiho with Jang Ki Yong and Record of Youth with Park Bo Gum.
Byeon Woo Seok
Byeon Woo Seok will play Crown Prince Lee Pyo in the Moonshine K-Drama. Not destined to be a crown prince but instead, he became the first and only prince pretending to have succeeded to the throne. He even really liked alcohol even though the drink was forbidden.
Byeon Woo Seok is also one of the actors who appeared in various famous dramas such as Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo and Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo. He has also acted with Park Bo Gum and Park So Dam in the drama Record of Youth.
