KMazing – The comeback time for BTS is reportedly to be very soon. As reported by Sports Donga, the member of BTS is planning to release a new song in May 2021. In response to this, a source from Big Hit Music said that they would announce the plans for the group when the process has been completed.
During an interview with ET Canada in early March 2021, BTS had revealed that they were working on new music both as a group and as an individual. The members are also predicted to release solo mixtapes in the near future.
One of them is V BTS, who revealed to the fans that he is working hard to complete his mixtape in the BE-hind Story interview.
Meanwhile, on June 16, 2021, another comeback BTS is confirmed as the group is going to be releasing the Japanese album The Best, which contains hit songs.
Previously, BE was the latest album to be released in November 2020. The album conveyed the message that life must continue in a new normal. Each member contributed to making BE, starting from songwriting, concept development, production process to the visual aspect.
Comeback BTS Break Oricon Record
BTS just made another history in Japan. Japanese charts Oricon announced that BTS topped the latest weekly streaming chart with their new Japanese single “Film Out,” co-composed by Jungkook.
According to Oricon’s tally, “Film Out” collected 11,671,865 million streams during the week, from April 5 to 11.
“This is the first time in (Oricon’s) history that a male artist has reached more than 10 million streams in one week with two different songs,” said Oricon’s official announcement.
Prior to “Film Out,” BTS first surpassed 10 million streams in one week in Japan with their hit single “Dynamite,” which was released last August. Last week, “Film Out” became BTS’s first Japanese song to ever top the Oricon weekly digital chart.
This week, the song made history as BTS’s first Japanese song to debut on Billboard’s Hot 100 in the United States and the first Japanese song ever to top Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart.
“Film Out” will be included on BTS’s upcoming Japanese compilation album, The Best, which comes out on June 16.
