What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim

What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim holds the record as the highest rated drama on the cable television station. The drama itself was aired on June to July 2018, every Wednesday and Thursday on TvN. The story of What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim is based on Jung Kyung-Yoon’s novels and comics published in 2013 and 2015 at KakaoPage. The drama series is starring Park Seo-Joon and Park Min-young as the main characters.

What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim tells about a young CEO who is known to be smart, effective in his work, and accomplished. He has a secretary with abilities that can be said to be balanced. The lives of both of them began to change when the secretary decided to resign from her position after working hard for the past 9 years. The story of the past and the romance began to unfold.

The series Are You Human? aired on KBS from July to August and was enriched by the appearance of Seo Kang-Joon and Gong Seung-Yeon.

The story of this drama began when an inventor, Laura had to separate from her son, Nam Shin. Feelings the loneliness and loss ignite the idea inside Laura to make an AI robot that is very similar to Nam Shin. One time Nam Shin, who was the successor to a rich family, went into a coma. My ID is Gangnam Beauty raises a story that is very familiar in South Korea. Regarding the importance of appearance and how almost everything is based on beauty or good looks. Kang Mi-rae decided to undergo a plastic surgery after feeling the problem in her life was caused by her unattractive look.

A Korean Odyssey or Hwayugi is the next drama on our list that attracts attention in 2018. This series airs from December 2017 to early 2018. Unlike some other dramas, A Korean Odyssey takes on fantasy genre with a touch of action. Starring Lee Seung-gi, Cha Seung-won, Oh Yeon-Seo, Lee Hong-gi, and Jang Gwang, the main story of this drama is a spin-off from Journey to the West.

The story in this drama centers on the romance between Song Oh-gong and Jin Seon-mi, the little girl he met in the past. Song Oh-gong is an immortal that is sent back to the world after possessing traits that are considered to be disgraceful, he then met the Jin Seon-Mi who is destined to be the savior of the world.

100 Days My Prince

100 Days My Prince can be categorized as a fresh new drama to be on our list. Broadcasting in September, 100 Days My Prince was immediately ranked fourth as a drama with the best rating on cable television. This drama starred Do Kyung-soo, Nam Ji-Hyun and also Jo Sung-ha.

Still 17, also known as Thirty But Seventeen, stars Shin Hye-sun, Yang Se-jong, and Ahn Hyo-stop. The drama, which airs from July 2018 to September, tells the story of Gong Woo-jin, a 30-year-old single man. The trauma felt by Gong Woo-jin made him reluctant to establish a relationship with anyone. Gong Woo-jin even believes he wants to live alone even though he is already 30 years old.

On the other hand is Woo Seo-ri, who was in a coma when she was 17 years old. 13 years later, Woo Seo-ri wakes up but she still has the memory and behavior of her at the age of 17. Both of them then meet and are connected in a complicated love relationship.

Come and Hug Me

Come and Hug Me raised the theme of romance that drained emotions and tears. Aired in May, the drama gained a lot of attention thanks to the chemistry of the two main characters as well as the emotional storyline presented.
